Naturism
I live a naturist lifestyle as much as possible. Yes, it’s all about nature but particularly about living in a non textile environment. The climate in Queensland cetainly helps and membership of a couple of groups like Brisbane Forum Social Club means that there are opportunities to meet other naturists, families and singles. There is even a political party in NSW!!
Apart from my birth experience, naturism was not encouraged or even considered a social option in my family. Having Irish origins and living on Corio Bay also tended to mitigate against naturism as a comfortable lifestyle choice. Little did I know however, that when I was nine years old, a local Naturists Club would form and is still operating today!!
Being a naturist at home has certain rewards. For example, I believe I have been “blacklisted” by both the JWs and Mormons, who got more then they bargained for when I answered thier knock at the door.
You are welcome to join me in some of the great calendar events for naturists: World Naked Gardening Day on September 9, and World Naked Bike Riding.
In summer it certainly means there is less washing and I save on laundrey cost!!
